Xander Hydrogen, based on a square modular design concept, facilitates the convenient, standardized, and large-scale, low-cost assembly and manufacturing of electrolyzers. This approach addresses the issue of traditional electrolyzers being unable to rapidly scale up production capacity as the production scale expands. It provides customers with efficient and reliable integrated solutions for green hydrogen production.
Annual production capacity of 1,000 Nm³/h electrolyzers: 400 units.
Xander Hydrogen can independently develop and produce alkaline hydrogen generation systems ranging from 1 to 8,000 Nm³/h. The system primarily consists of a DC power supply, control system, gas-liquid separation system, alkali circulation system, water replenishment system, and cooling system. It employs fully automatic PLC control, featuring a high degree of automation that allows for centralized remote management through PCs or mobile devices for monitoring, debugging, and emergency issue handling. The power supply of the system operates in both constant current and constant voltage modes and is equipped with advanced auxiliary heating functions, enabling easy one-button hot start and cold start of the electrolyzer, as well as stable operation at various power levels, thus meeting the requirements for continuous production under multiple operating conditions. Currently, the product line includes the M1 series based on a single module of 25 Nm³/h and the M2 series based on a single module of 125 Nm³/h.
