Xander Hydrogen, based on a square modular design concept, facilitates the convenient, standardized, and large-scale, low-cost assembly and manufacturing of electrolyzers. This approach addresses the issue of traditional electrolyzers being unable to rapidly scale up production capacity as the production scale expands. It provides customers with efficient and reliable integrated solutions for green hydrogen production.
Annual production capacity of 1,000 Nm³/h electrolyzers: 400 units.
• High purity hydrogen gas
The purity of hydrogen produced is as high as 99.999%.
• Support customer customization
Customers can customize equipment according to their own needs.
• Easy to use
Hydrogen production equipment components can be integrated and operate by simply connecting the power supply.
Xander Hydrogen has independently developed an alkaline electrolyzer hydrogen production test bench that demonstrates significant performance advantages. In terms of water inlet pressure, gas-alkali temperature, and alkali solution flow rate, the equipment achieves controllable, high precision, and online adjustability. The device is equipped with a high-specification DC power supply, allowing for a wider range of output voltage and current to meet various testing requirements of the system. The design of this test bench is primarily divided into a liquid supply unit, a water-thermal management unit, a gas-water separation unit, a DC power control unit, a safety control and interlock unit, a data acquisition and control unit, and a human-machine operation interface unit.
CCM production capacity: 100,000 square meters per year
Xander Hydrogen possesses proprietary intellectual property rights for its liquid-cooled and air-cooled CCM products. These products utilize an efficient catalyst slurry dispersion technology that achieves uniform and stable dispersion quickly and with low loss. Combined with roll-to-roll double-sided slot die coating technology, they can realize intermittent or zebra coating. CCMs produced at scale feature high performance, long life, and strong batch consistency.
Xander Hydrogen's Tri-Generation System for Heat, Electricity, and Oxygen is an advanced energy solution that combines water electrolysis, energy storage, and fuel cell power generation technologies. This system provides users with heat, electricity, and oxygen, and is designed for medium to long-term energy storage in distributed power generation applications. It can be configured with various output interfaces for electricity, heat, and oxygen, and can be customized to meet specific application requirements. The system achieves a maximum overall energy utilization efficiency of over 65%.The system is available in three series based on application scenarios: the N series for residential and small-scale use, the I series for industrial applications, and the X series for special high-altitude environments.
